We've dug up some down to earth indie with new Leeds band Clay. A straight-forward foursome, the band have just dropped a video for new single 'Honest' and the tracks sees them open up about all things romantic. It may sound slightly soppy but the band's anthemic and edgy indie style keeps it from being as slushy as the mud at Glastonbury. To beef the guitars up, there are some added elements of electronics woven into the song's fabric that add an injection of energy when needed. Set to a montage of retro home videos featuring the band, we honestly think these guys are on to something. - SJ
